Starting a match

Open Doppio, choose your sport, then tap Start for a quick match, or set up a custom match to enter player names and rules. Padel is doubles; tennis and table tennis can be played as singles or doubles. Table tennis is scored as games to 11 (win by 2), best of 3, 5, or 7, with serve guidance that switches every two points. Tap a side to award the point, and tap Undo to take back an accidental tap.

Resuming a match

Doppio saves your match as you play, so it survives closing the app or restarting your device and can be resumed from the Home screen. When you close a match, Doppio asks whether to keep it or discard it.

Apple Watch scoring

When a match is open on your iPhone, the phone keeps the official score and the Apple Watch mirrors it. Taps on the Watch are sent back to the phone, so the two never disagree. When no match is open on the phone, the Watch can keep score on its own. Both apps must be installed and your devices paired.

Where your data is stored

Everything stays on your device. There is no account and no server. Deleting the app removes its history and settings from that device. See the Privacy policy for details.

Languages

Doppio is available in English and Italian, and follows your device language.

Haptics and voice

Open Settings inside the app to turn off haptics, spoken score announcements, serve guidance, or side-change prompts.
